 A new handicap committee was presented which includes, Navaho Babbitt, Grover Davis, and Jerome Chappel

John Howell will resume the duties of tournament chairman in July.  The next tournament will be held on May 16^th at Chabot Golf Course.

Discussion of tournament fees, pay deadline and obligation to play.  After much discussion, it was concluded that we will follow the By-laws at all times and particular as it pertains to the tournament fee deadlines and obligations to play.

Discussion:  What should the Club set as a general response to the death of a member and or death of a family member?  W. Bonner will present clarification of our policy for the next club meeting.  Discussion:  The Club should inquire about display space for club activities, news and memorabilia.  Henry Dorsey reported on the Berkeley High School Benefit Golf tournament.
