1.   Reading of previous minutes: No report.
 
  1. Treasurer report: Approved as read
 
  1. Membership: two new members. Charles Chase and Vince Bruce. (Approved)
 
  1. Handicap report: More care to be given to sign up membership on the WEB Page. # 53121 is the club and WEB Site number.
 
  1. Tournament: Rules of play reviewed by Frank Cuthberth. a) Hazards, b) Slow play, c)Course management , d)Provisional Ball.
 
  1. Benevolence: George Mitchell’s sister passed. Policy needed. E-mail sent by Jerome.
 
  1. Old Business: Sponsorship for the BHS Fund raiser Golf Tournament approved donation. Discussion: Club monies should be used for golf purposes the club.
 
  1. New Business: Open Golf Tournament: Chabot Golf Course, 4/5/2009. Five members to play, H. Dorsey, N. Babbitt, Charles Chase, Vince Bruce, M. Smith.
WEB site can to be used for tournament sign-up including the RENO tournament. Discussion: How to establish budget for this and other tournaments. Motion: to purchase a printer for use at golf tournaments, not to exceed $300.00. (M) B. Smith (2nd) N. Thompson
